Magneto-concentrating effects in unnatural semiconductors with substantially different electron and hole mobilities
Magneto-concentrating effects are studied experimentally in ρ -type indium antimonide. Strong magnetic tuning by the current is observed—limited by "ohmic" contact exclusion—during enrichment and the generation of current oscillations during depletion.
