Possible existence in transition nuclei of long-lived high-lying states with a nonzero spin: Dynamic nonaxial isomers
A new branch of vibrational-rotational states has been discovered at energies of several MeV. This branch begins at a certain angular momentum / determined by the adiabaticity of the vibrations and the rotations.
