Are the φ and φ' mesons orbital excitations of ω and 0?

On the basis of the SU(6)XO(3) quark model, the vector mesons ψ(3105) and ψ'(3695) are interpreted as orbital excitations of ω and φ. New mesons ρ(3100) (Γ~ <Гр) and K(3400), (F£< TK*) are predicted; they are members of the SU(3) nonet with JK ~ l "~ and L = 2.
