Electron-stimulated ordering of adsorbed films
A partial electron-stimulated ordering in freshly adsorbed hydrogen films on the (01 l)Mo face has been detected by low-energy electron diffraction. The films were adsorbed at Τ = 5 К and were not brought to equilibrium by annealing.
