Negative photoconductivity is detected in indium-doped (5 Χ 1017—3 Χ 1019 atoms/ cm3) epitaxial films of Fhl xSnxTe (л; =^0,22). The negative photoconductivity is observed at low temperatures (S 30 K) in the presence of background illumination. The kinetics of the negative photoconductivity is discussed in terms of the model of a Jahn-Teller center.
