Two-dimensional conductivity of the intergrowth surface of germanium bicrystals at ultralow temperatures
Vul B. M., Zavaritskaya E. I.
Investigations of electrical conductivity down to Τ = 20 mK have established that for specimens for which σα < amin = e2/h the electrical conductivity σ has a hopping character and σ~exp[ — (Tq/T)113]. For σα >crmin, the electrical conductivity has a weak temperature dependence: in the temperature range 0.1 <Γ<4.2 Κ, σ varies as In Γ and at still lower temperatures σ = const.
