Electron-hole plasma with completely spin-polarized carriers in ZnTe:Mn crystals

This giant splitting is greater than the electron and hole Fermi energies in the nonequilibrium electron-hole plasma. Under these conditions the electron and hole subsystems in the plasma are completely spin-polarized. The spin ordering of the carriers is accompanied by a decrease in the kin/^inn anat-mi ÐÇÉ41Ì!Ì ηηιψž 1 ft ilia txlncmn
