Dynamic properties of thin films near the superconducting transition temperature
An oscillatory structure has been detected experimentally in the conductivity of aluminum thin films near Tc. This structure is interpreted as a consequence of a Berezinskii-Kosterlitz-Thouless phase transition in a two-dimensional system of weak links formed in microscopically inhomogeneous, granular films.
