Anomalous Thermoluminescence of Electrochemically Obtained Aluminum-oxide Films
We observed temperature-stimulated luminescence from AI2O3 films obtained by oxidation in an electrolyte without preliminary excitation with ultraviolet. The activation energy of the emission centers was determined.
