Fine Structure of Stimulated Scattering Rayleigh Line Wing Light

The temperature dependence of the intensity distribution in the spectrum of stimulated Rayleigh line wing light scattering (SRW) was investigated in quino-line in the temperature interval from 2 to 70°C in various polarizations. A splitting of the SRW line was observed (fine structure) in one of the polarizations. An approximate expression is given for the SRW gain. The results of computer calculation of the SRW are compared with experiment.
