A 0.1 0.2 eV shift of the luminescence band to the shortwave region of the spectrum, in a direction opposite to the shift due to increasing the temperature, is observed in CdIn2Si+ and AglnsSs crystals with increasing intensity of the exciting light. The possible mechanisms of the phenomenon are discussed.
