Effect of longitudinal magnetic field on the conductivity in magnetic semiconducting p-type spinels
Golant K.M., Tsurkan V.V., Veselago V.G.
The effect of a longitudinal magnetic field on the conductivity was investigated in the ferromagnetic semiconducting ρ -type spinels Cd,_xAgxCr2Se4 and Cu,Cr2Se4_zBrx. A positive magnetoresistance, linear in the magnetization and independent of the carrier drift velocity, was observed in the ferromagnetic region.
