"Flareup" of radiation of electron-hole drops under the influence of ultrasound
The recombination radiation of electron-hole drops (EHD) was measured at temperatures 1.8-2.4 К in a Ge sample to which an ultrasound wave of intensity up to 15 W/cm2 was introduced. "Flareup" of radiation of the EHD (by a factor 2-3) was observed.
