Photodissociation iodine laser using compounds containing group-V atoms
We investigate the possibility of using as the active medium of a photodissociation iodine laser compounds containing a bond of the iodine atom with a group-V element (P-I, As-I, Sb-I). basing was obtained with 16 compounds of this type. Certain operating features of lasers based on the new substances are discussed.
