Experimental bound on the probability of the decay KL→ η2 (480)+ γ
We report the results of a search for the decay Κι ~^r\2 (480) + у among the photographs of a 180-liter xenon bubble chamber. We find that at a 90% confidence level the probability of the decay is Γ [Κι ^r?2(480) + 7] jTL < 1 X 10~4. This contradicts the probability obtained for this decay from the hypothesis of A. L. Lyubimov.
