Dynamic model of amplitude with spin flip

The parameter R in π~ρ scattering at 40 GeV/c is calculated on the basis of a model in which a polarized proton is regarded as a "rotating" particle. The sign of the asymmetry is predicted for the π(ρ, η)2π reaction on polarized protons.
