Experimental investigation of the correlation function near the critical point
An analysis of the angular and temperature dependences of the critical opalescence has revealed a deviation of the correlation function from the Ornstein-Zernike approximation. The obtained correlation function is of the form G{k, rc)~(rc~2 + k2)~(l ~<r'/2»j where к is the wave number, rc is the correlation radius and η=0.055±0.010.
