Radiation-chemical laser using SF6 + H2 and CCl2F2 + H2 mixtures at pressures up to 3 atm
Generation was produced in the gas mixtures SF6 + H2 and CCl2F2-(-H2 excited by an electron beam from an accelerator. The laser-radiation energy increases linearly with pressure up to 3 atm. For the optimal SF6 + H2 mixture (6:1), the efficiency of the system was not less than 5%. Addition of He to the mixture does not affect the energy of the laser radiation.
