We discuss the possibility of experimentally observing isoscalar excitation in a system of nonstrange quarks, the o>'(1250, 1" ) meson. It is shown that the picture of the ρ —ω interference in the mass spectrum of the π+π~ mesons in the reaction e +e ~—*π^π~π° is quite critical to the existence of this excitation.
