Measurement of the rate of rotational relaxation of HF molecules
The rate constants of the rotational relaxation of the level ν = 0, J = 8 of HF molecules on HF, H2, D2, He, Ar, Xe, 02, F2, CO, C02, CS2, and CC14 were determined by measuring the relaxation losses occurring when light is made to pass through a resonantly absorbing medium.
