Condensation of nonequilibrium electron-hole pairs near impurity centers in cadmium sulfide crystals

It is shown that at low temperatures the nonequlibrium electron-hole (e-h) pairs are bound with shallow neutral impurity centers to form multiparticle complexes that serve as nuclei for condensation into an electron-hole liquid.
