Role of Light Holes in Recombination Radiation and Electric Conductivity of Pure InSb Crystals at Low Temperatures
We investigate the spectra of recombination radiation and the electric conductivity of pure p-InSb crystals with double carrier injection. The results point to a considerable contribution of the light holes to the radiation and to the electric conductivity of pure InSb crystals at high injection levels.
