Abstract
A model independent theoretical analysis of neutron
polarization observables in using
circularly polarized photons at the range of energies of interest to Big
Bang Nucleosynthesis is presented.
An investigation of various spin dependent observables is
carried out including the isoscalar multipole amplitudes M1s and
E2s.
It is suggested that the measurement of neutron polarization
in the final state at near threshold energies will be very useful to
assess the contribution of isoscalar amplitudes at range of energies of
interest to Big Bang Nucleosynthesis.
