Ovchinnikov A. A. Anyone in the magnetic field and factional quantum Hall effect
We argue the incompressibility of a system of free anyone in the external magnetic field at special filling fractions. A new sequence of fractional quantum Hall effect states of the first level of hierarchy is proposed.
