Fat-infrared s\to p^\pm inter-exciton transitions in InGaAs/GaAs coupled double quantum welk
We consider t —> ρ* inter-exciton fax-infrared (FIR) magneto-optical transition* in coupled double quantum wells (DQWs). Spatially direct (intraweU) and indirect (interwell) excitons in strained InzGai_zAs/GaAs symmetric DQWs with simple valence band are considered. The evolution of transition energies and oscillator strengths with the perpendicular magnetic field В in different regimes is studied: we consider the direct regime (sero and low perpendicular electric field £), the indirect regime (high £), and the indirect-direct crossover (induced by increasing В at intermediate £).
