Singularity of the vortex density of states in d-wave superconductors
In ci-weve superconductors, the electronic density of states (DOS) induced by a vortex exhibits a divergency at low energies: NVOTtex(E) ~ It is the result of gap nodes in the excitations spectrum outside the vortex core. The heat capacity in two regimes, Г2/Гс2 > B/Bc2 and Г2/Т2 < B/Bc2i is discussed. PACS: 74.20.-z, 74.72.-h
