Hall resistance anomalies induced by a radiation field
A study is made of the four-terminal Hall junction under the influence of a radiation field. The frequency of the radiation field is tuned to a transition between the energy of a bound state below a conduction subband and the Fermi energy of the incident electrons. Radiation-field-induced resonant dips of the Hall resistance are exhibited at low magnetic fields. PACS: 73.23.-b
