Ion-charge scaling law for electron and optical spectra
The effect of strong coupling on the optical properties, the ionization composition, the relaxation of a deviation from equilibrium, and the negative-energy electron spectrum is the same in a nondegenerate plasma of singly charged ions with an electron density Ne and a temperature Τ as in a plasma of ions of charge ζ with a density z4Ne and a temperature z2T.
