Operator formalism for fermion strings on Riemann surfaces

An operator formalism for superghosts of a closed fermion string is proposed. This formalism generalizes the rules for the operator bosonization of βγ boson systems to the case of Riemann surfaces of arbitrary type. The operator origin of the nonphysical poles is established. Global operator expansions which generate both naive and nonphysical poles are found.
