Does a scaling theory describe the magnetoconductivity of silicon metal-insulator-semiconductor structures?
Kravchenko S. V. , Pudalov V. M.
It has been shown experimentally that the magnetoconductivity of silicon metal-insulator-semiconductor structures at Τ< 1 К is not described by the kinetic equation, which predicts that the maxima in σχχ will increase linearly with the index of the Landau level. The results can be explained on the basis of a two-parameter scaling theory.
