Dielectric correlations and δ -type superconductivity in a system with Coulomb interaction
A general expression has been derived for the effective potential of the Coulomb interaction between electrons in the superconducting channel, with allowance for the dielectric correlations in the weak-interaction limit. The conditions under which an s + id-type superconductivity can occur have been determined. A new state, which competes with the R VB phase in the strong-interaction limit, is discussed.
