Self-dual solutions of the Yang-Mills equations for an arbitrary gauge group
The self-duality equations for gauge fields of an arbitrary semisimple Lie group G are reduced to a system of equations which breaks up into the equations Ώφ = 0 for the scalar field φ and Nahm equations (nonlinear ordinary differential equations).
