Exotic skyrmions
Classically stable states with a baryon number equal to the mapping index η > 1 have been detected in Skyrme's SU(2) model. The mass distributions of these states have the characteristic shape of a diffuse torus. The moments of inertia are large in comparison with that of the state with В = L
