Trigonometric Lie subalgebras in \bar{X}_\infty =\bar{A}_\infty (and, correspondingly, \bar{B}_\infty, \bar{C}_\infty, and \bar{D}_\infty) and their representations by vertex operators
Infinite-dimensional trigonometric Lie subalgebras are introduced in Xw —A^ (and, correspondingly, in B^yC^, and ). These subalgebras are natural generalizations of the familiar trigonometric sine algebra. Explicit expressions for immersion in Хж are given. An irreducible representation of the An and Βή series is constructed in terms of vertex operators.
