Conductance anomaly at superconductor-semiconductor contacts

A microscopic theory is derived for SIN '//V contacts whose length is greater than the correlation length. Boundary conditions are found for the distribution functions at the SX/Vboundary. Expressions are found for the conductance peak at a zero bias voltage in SIN 'Z/V contacts and for the dependence of this peak on the magnetic field.
