Gluon distribution as a function of F2 and dF2/d lnQ2 at small x

The paper presents a formula to extract the gluon distribution from deep inelastic structure function F2 and its derivative dF2/d\n Q2 at small χ in the leading order of perturbation theory. A detailed analysis is given for new data of the HI group from HERA. The values of gluon distribution are found at 10"3^x^2X 10"2 and Q2 = 2() GeV2.
