Effect of a random voltage on equilibrium current fluctuations in a quantum conductor
Lesovik G. B.
Source fluctuations in the current (Langevin fluctuations) in a quantum conductor depend on the resistance of the external circuit. The possibility that the spectral density of the voltage fluctuations could be a nonmonotonic function of the magnitudes of the quantum and classical resistances is discussed. © 1994 American Institute of Physics.
