Possibility of reconstructing the pattern of conduction-electron scattering by the sample boundary from the experimental data

It is shown that investigations of the kinetic phenomena in thin metallic conductors, particularly the oscillatory dependence of the kinetic coefficient on the strong magnetic field Η and on the sample thickness d, determines uniquely certain parameters of the pattern of carrier scattering by the conductor boundary.
