Two-dimensional self-similar plasma streams with an azimuthal magnetic field
Two-dimensional self-similar solutions of the magnetogasdynamic equations for the radial expansion of a plasma with an azimuthal magnetic field are studied. An explicit analytic expression for these solutions is found for the adiabatic index 7 = 4/3.
