Electromagnetic form factors of pseudoscalar mesons at low momentum transfer in quantum chromodynamics

The finite-energy sum-rule technique and the generalized operator expansion are used to determine the behavior of the electromagnetic form factors of π+, К +, and К 0 mesons at small momentum transfer S 0.7 GeV2 in quantum chromodynamics.
