Hopping conductivity at low frequencies in a disordered metallic chain
Dorokhov O. N.
The low-frequency region 0 <ω <ωί(Τ), in which the one-dimensional (ID) conductivity is described by the law σ(ω) οζω^ω,Τ], is found for low temperatures T41 /т (τ is the free time of flight). The exponent s(a>, Τ) varies from zero for ω —> 0 to one for ω—*ωχ(Τ). At higher frequencies, ω>ωι(Τ), the ID Austin-Mott conductivity σ(ω) <χ ωΤΙη2[Τ/ω) occurs.
