Properties of semiconducting CdxHg1-xTe solid solutions under pressure
We have investigated the galvanomagnetic properties of the superconducting solid solutions Cd^Hg^Te (x =0.2 and χ =0.23) at pressures up to 14 katm. It is shown that hydrostatic compression eliminates the low-temperature anomalies, the nature of which is the same for all values of the parameter x(x <0.23).
